Permit and inspection timelines are controlled by government agencies, utilities, and inspectors. Braco Electrical is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control.
Code officials or utilities may require work beyond the originally anticipated scope. Such work may result in additional charges.
The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and work areas.

Braco Electrical may provide emergency electrical services subject to technician availability, location, weather, safety conditions, and other circumstances.

Certain unsafe conditions may require electrical service to remain disconnected until repairs, utility work, permits, inspections, or other corrective actions are completed.

Except for terms contained in an applicable accepted estimate, proposal, work order, contract, or other written agreement, there are no other written or oral understandings or representations modifying the applicable agreement unless subsequently agreed to in writing by the parties.
